Honda said to be ready to revive merger talks if Nissan CEO Uchida leaves

Honda will resume talks with Nissan to form the world’s fourth-biggest automaker provided Nissan CEO Makoto Uchida steps down, the Financial Times reported, citing a person familiar with the discussions.
