Ford ordered to pay $18 million over blocked dealership sale

Ford Motor Co. must pay $18 million to Auto Dealership Partners, of Arkansas, a judge said in ruling that the automaker improperly used its right of first refusal to stop the group from acquiring a store. Ford said it plans to appeal.
