Eugene McDonald, vehicle valuations pioneer, dies at 96

Clifford Eugene "Gene" McDonald, a remarketing industry savant whose goals included making used-vehicle valuations more accessible, died July 1 in Gainesville, Ga., after a brief illness. He was 96.
