FCA Q4 operating profit rises on North America business

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles on Thursday said a surge in its North American business pushed fourth-quarter adjusted operating profits up 16 percent to a record $2.3 billion. Revenue was up 1 percent to $32.7 billion.
