China’s Xpeng starts U.K. sales with G6 SUV, a rival to Tesla Model Y

LONDON — The Chinese EV brand Xpeng has begun sales in the U.K. as it expands into new markets across Europe. The launch gives Xpeng access to Europe’s second-largest EV market after Germany based on 2024 sales.
