Explosion at Toyota supplier kills 1 at same plant where 2023 blast derailed supply chain

One worker was killed and two injured after an explosion tore through a Toyota parts supplier March 6, less than two years after a blast at the same factory reportedly derailed the Japanese carmaker’s production for more than a week.
