Stellantis loses key U.S. lawsuit against supplier in pricing dispute

A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Stellantis last year against a supplier it accused of holding parts “hostage” to get price increases and shutting down production of Ram, Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles.
