Hyundai owner sues, alleging dealership didn’t cover repairs under warranty

A customer accused a Connecticut dealership of violating a state law requiring it to provide a 60-day, 3,000-mile warranty on used vehicles that cost more than $5,000 and are less than seven model years old.
