Appeals court rules against Mass. Volvo dealerships

An appeals court judge ruled against two Mass. Volvo dealerships regarding labor reimbursement rates on prepaid maintenance. — The stores’ suit contended that the arrangement violated a state dealer law requirement that “fair and adequate compensation shall not be less than the rate and price customarily charged for retail customer repairs.” (BLOOMBERG)
