Appeals court rules against Mass. Volvo dealerships

An appeals court judge ruled against two Mass. Volvo dealerships regarding labor reimbursement rates on prepaid maintenance.
The stores’ suit contended that the arrangement violated a state dealer law requirement that “fair and adequate compensation shall not be less than the rate and price customarily charged for retail customer repairs.” (BLOOMBERG)
