CDK ordered to transfer dealership data for Asbury-Tekion pilot

Asbury, which had spent more than a decade with CDK, said it plans to convert more Asbury stores in 2025 and 2026 and switch completely to Tekion by 2027. CDK's refusal to hand over Asbury's data threw a wrench in those plans. (ASBURY AUTOMOTIVE GROUP)
