FTC stays CARS Rule on dealerships pending U.S. appeals court review

The Federal Trade Commission has stayed the enactment of its CARS Rule on auto dealerships pending the outcome of a 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals challenge by the National Automobile Dealers Association and Texas Automobile Dealers Association.
