Some precedent for CFPB actions under Vought, but lawsuit claims separation of powers issue exists

There’s precedent under two prior presidential administrations for some of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau changes announced by acting director Russell Vought or reported by Bloomberg News, according to an auto finance attorney.
