Asbury: FTC lacks quorum to operate after Trump fires 2 commissioners

President Donald Trump’s firings left the Federal Trade Commission with too few commissioners to take significant action, Asbury Automotive Group argued in a new filing that once again called on a Texas federal court to indefinitely halt the agency’s internal case against the national dealership group.
