Bigland plans to refile lawsuit against FCA in December

DETROIT — U.S. sales chief Reid Bigland, who is also the head of FCA Canada, has withdrawn his lawsuit against Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a procedural move aimed at giving a federal judge the authority to rule on his whistleblower claim.
