Lithia-affiliated Pinewood to buy rest of auto retail tech company Seez for $42 million; chatbot eyed for U.S. stores

Pinewood Technologies Group, the publicly listed U.K. dealership management system provider almost 23 percent owned by Lithia Motors Inc., said it would fully acquire fellow auto retail technology company Seez for $42 million.
