Salesperson was intoxicated, untrained on Lithia test drive policy before customer’s fatal crash, lawsuit says

The Texas Lithia dealership whose customer’s high-speed test drive left one woman dead hadn’t instituted the group’s formal test drive policies nor trained the salesperson involved on them, a new version of a wrongful death lawsuit filed by children of the deceased alleges.
