Tesla’s Full Self-Driving software under U.S. investigation after fatal crash

NHTSA’s Office of Defects Investigation is opening a preliminary investigation into about 2.4 million Tesla Inc. vehicles after four reports of collisions linked to its Full Self-Driving software.
