Ford, Calif. dealership can't coerce customer into arbitration over lemon law complaint, appeals court rules

A 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty is at the center of a lemon law complaint by a California customer. A California Court of Appeals recently ruled Ford and a dealership can't force the customer to arbitrate their complaint.
