IIHS releases final round of Top Safety Pick awards for 2024

Vehicles must meet various crash testing criteria to earn a Top Safety Pick or Top Safety Pick+ award. (IIHS)

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety released its final round of top safety awards for the year, adding 19 vehicles to its 2024 ratings. The independent organization, known for rigorous testing of vehicle safety features, divides its awards into two categories: Top Safety Pick and Top Safety Pick+.
