TOKYO — More than six years after being tricked into coming to Japan so he could be arrested and thrown in jail, former Nissan executive Greg Kelly may finally win full exoneration when an appeals court delivers its long-awaited decision Feb. 4 on his alleged role in the Carlos Ghosn scandal.
