GM picks Indiana for 4th EV battery plant

GM CEO Mary Barra: "This joint venture and the 1,700 people there will help supply cells for millions of all-electric vehicles for customers across North America."

General Motors will build its fourth battery plant, its first with joint venture partner Samsung SDI, in northern Indiana, the state's governor said Tuesday.
