Europe auto sector slams Trump’s 25% tariffs, calls for retaliation and negotiations

Europe’s automotive sector condemned President Donald Trump’s executive order imposing 25 percent tariffs on imported cars, as well as many components, but also called for negotiations and expressed cautious optimism that a compromise could be reached.
