Stung by years of low production volumes and frequent shutdowns, General Motors’ “woefully underutilized” CAMI Assembly Plant is a potential beneficiary of a commercial vehicle tie-up between the U.S. automaker and Hyundai, according to industry analyst Sam Fiorani.
