President-elect Donald Trump’s threat to add 25-per-cent tariffs on Canadian imports to the U.S. can’t be dismissed as simple bluster and could have a chilling effect on automotive investment in Canada, even if the tariffs are short-lived, Unifor President Lana Payne said.
