MILLBROOK, England — Geely subsidiary Farizon is pitching high equipment levels on its full-electric vans — including standard adaptive cruise control and heated seats — to European customers as it looks to overcome resistance to both battery-driven powertrains and newcomers in the conservative light commercial van market.
