Techs upset they do work for no pay

Carlisle & Co.'s latest Automotive Technician Survey showed continuing dissatisfaction. Just 27 percent of respondents said they were satisfied with their jobs. For comparison, about 45 percent of service managers and 47 percent of service advisers expressed satisfaction in Carlisle's most recent surveys.
