1933: This photo from the General Motors archives depicts the "radiator repair department" in the service shop of a dealership called Sullivan Chevrolet (no location given). Like today's service department promotions, a sign over the radiator bay assures Chevy owners that preventive maintenance "will save you many repair bills." In the bay is a Chevrolet Standard Six, an economy-priced model launched in 1933.
