Asbury asks court to block FTC administrative law case, calls agency system unconstitutional

Asbury Automotive Group on Oct. 4 asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas to block the Federal Trade Commission's administrative law case against the Duluth, Ga., group, arguing that the FTC's separate internal legal proceedings against the group were unconstitutional.
