Stakeholders weigh in on FTC CARS Rule case

Stakeholders including lenders, attorneys general, consumer groups and finance and insurance product providers have filed amicus curiae briefs offering the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals additional perspectives as it considers the validity of the Federal Trade Commission's impending CARS Rule for dealerships.
