Lithia Motors promotes Adam Chamberlain to COO, Chris Holzshu still EVP

Lithia Motors Inc. has promoted its chief customer officer, Adam Chamberlain, to COO, and returned its COO, Chris Holzshu, to solely an executive vice president role, the company said Aug. 1.
