Sonic Tools USA acquired, lost tool guarantee introduced

Dutch tool company Sonic Group purchased Sonic Tools USA, its exclusive North American distribution partner in Alabama. The acquisition was announced Jan. 22 ahead of the NADA Show. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
