Dealerships urge state and federal officials to relax emissions regulations in open letter

If state and federal regulations push automakers to make more EVs than consumers will buy, then increased competition could drive up the price of gasoline-powered vehicles, the dealerships said. (PAIGE HODDER)

More than 5,000 dealerships across the U.S. signed an open letter urging federal and state officials to relax emissions regulations and electric vehicle mandates.
