Hyundai enters the $25,000 EV fray with new subcompact Inster from Korea

BUSAN, South Korea — Hyundai is entering the fray for affordable electric vehicles with a new all-electric crossover it hopes will compete against bargain-budget offerings from rivals in Europe and help fend off the onslaught of cheap EVs from China.
