'Fight is coming': UAW, VW brace for start of bargaining

Volkswagen workers are behind in wages compared with other assembly plants in the South, UAW President Shawn Fain said at the rally. "An assembly worker in Volkswagen in Tennessee makes 15 percent less in hourly wages than an assembly worker at Ford Motor Company just up the road at Kentucky Truck plant," he said.
