AM Radio for Every Vehicle Act passes panel vote

The AM Radio for Every Vehicle Act has advanced after a U.S. House panel voted on Sept. 18 to move it along. The bill, first reported to the U.S. Senate in September 2023, requires the Department of Transportation to mandate that all new passenger vehicles include devices for accessing AM broadcast stations.
