Heated floors and more: Designing a store around service

Richfield Bloomington Honda General Manager Tim Carter and his employees helped design a three-story dealership next to their store in suburban Minneapolis. Despite being space-constrained, the new store increased the number of service bays to 49 from 33. Carter says the new Richfield Bloomington Honda was built to grow service capacity.
