GM Tech Center nears full operation while pumps run

The sun was shining on GM's Tech Center this morning while flood water was still being pumped out of some buildings.

DETROIT -- General Motors’ Technical Center is nearly back to full operations after Monday’s record rainfall in Detroit caused flooding and power issues.
