Nissan expands Mississippi operation to recruit suppliers

Nissan plans to recruit more suppliers to Mississippi as it transfers production of the Murano crossover from Japan next year and begins exporting the Murano globally. (NISSAN)

NASHVILLE -- Nissan North America will add 1 million square feet of manufacturing space to its Canton, Miss., assembly operation in a bid to bring more suppliers to the site.
