"The Big 3 will survive because the opposite is not imaginable for me. But they urgently need more fuel-efficient vehicles. That means more efficient drivetrains, more efficient engines and optimized transmissions. ZF will be ready," said Hans-Georg Haerter, CEO of ZF Friedrichshafen.
