WHY THE CARS LAWSUIT
WON’T STOP THE FTC

A new rule enacted by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is revolutionizing the way that dealerships advertise and sell vehicles. The FTC says the Combatting Automotive Retail Scams (CARS) rule, commonly referred to in the auto industry as the Vehicle Shopping Rule (VSR), adds transparency to the car-buying and leasing process by making it clear that certain deceptive sales practices are illegal. Even though the new rule is being challenged in court by the National Automobile Dealers Association and the effective date of implementation has been postponed, some dealerships already are implementing many of its basic concepts.

ATTEND THIS WEBINAR TO :

-  Understand the rule's requirements.
- Get an update on the status of the lawsuit challenging the rule.
