Sonic Automotive's EchoPark used-car business shows Q1 turnaround

After shuttering more than half of its EchoPark locations, Sonic Automotive Inc.'s used-vehicle-only segment returned to pretax adjusted profitability in the first quarter, ahead of company projections to reach breakeven adjusted EchoPark earnings in the quarter.
