Auto supplier Ineos limits resin production because of cold weather in Texas

Ineos Olefins & Polymers USA, a supplier of key resins and thermoplastics to the auto industry, reportedly limited production of resins it makes at a Texas facility because of mechanical issues caused by freezing temperatures.
