Faurecia closes $6B billion acquisition of Hella to boost EV, self-driving business

PARIS -- Faurecia has completed its acquisition of a controlling stake in lighting supplier Hella in a 5.3 billion euro ($5.95 billion) deal that is one of the biggest in the European automotive supply chain deals in the past three years.
