BorgWarner's Q3 operating income, sales edge up

Auburn Hills-based BorgWarner reported net income of $111 million, or $0.88 per share, on revenue of $2.53 billion for the quarter, down from income of $194 million, or $0.96 per share, on revenue of just under $2.49 billion during the same quarter of 2019.
