Jay Keras firmly believes that Subaru is coming into its prime, now that it has ample inventory to meet customer demand, a well-established brand identity and a trio of strong models to draw in consumers. Keras, 45, is the new chairman of the Subaru National Retailers Advisory Council. He is president of Jim Keras Automotive Group, based in Memphis, Tenn., which has three Subaru stores among its seven dealerships.
