VinFast considers ultralow-priced VF 3 EV for U.S. at urging of prospective dealers

VinFast Auto is considering a fifth vehicle for its planned U.S. dealership network: the VF 3 minicar that's specifically designed for the Vietnamese market but could have potential as a sub-$20,000 city car for budget-minded Americans, company representatives told Automotive News.
