Average age of U.S. vehicles reaches new heights; total vehicles in operation continues to rise

Out of all vehicles in use, just 88 million were 1 to 5 years old in January. There were 110 million vehicles in the prime range for aftermarket service, ages 6 to 14 years. A 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara and a 2011 Ford Fusion are shown.
