Dealership lawsuit over tampered Lamborghini odometer tossed by U.S. judge in Fla.

A federal judge in Florida has dismissed a Mercedes-Benz dealership's odometer misrepresentation suit against the North Carolina store that sold it a used 2019 Lamborghini Aventador.
