Atlantic Coast Automotive sues Vision Auto sellers, alleging breach of contract in 2022 buy-sell deal

A dealership group that acquired 10 franchised stores in Western New York in 2022 for $120 million is accusing the sellers of fraud, lack of good faith and breach of contract in a January lawsuit.
