House Democrats want to create nationwide EV charging network

WASHINGTON -- Two U.S. lawmakers on Thursday will unveil legislation that would create a nationwide electric vehicle charging network to promote the shift from gasoline-powered vehicles and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
